Jamie is a friendly, attentive therapist who has completed her Masters’ in Counselling Psychology. She has perfected the art of active listening, working with clients in a client centered approach. Her experience has predominately been supporting post secondary students and young adults using psychotherapy. She has a passion for working with people struggling with people pleasing and perfectionist tendencies.
Jamie has experience and takes a special interest in treating a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, major life events, work related stress and burnout.
She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, solution focused therapy, humanistic and integrative therapy.
She is currently receiving training and coaching from our clinical director Kulsoom Malik, PhD on working with couples and is extremely passionate about working in this area.
Jamie’s main focus is to work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your goals. She very efficiently allows her clients to share feeling vulnerable in a space where they feel safe and “real”.

Having completed training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) Ciji sees relationships as emotional bonds.
